Mindfulness Based Living Course (MBLC)
The Mindfulness Based Living Course (MBLC), is an in-depth weekly mindfulness course consisting of eight classes, which are typically around two hours long and concluded by a follow-up class 4 weeks after the course ends. The course is suitable for people who are new to Mindfulness as well as for those who would like to deepen their meditation or Mindfulness practice
